What this website collects, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. The short version: we use your details to reply to you, and for nothing else.
Last updated September 20, 2026.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the street address or neighborhood of the tree, the service you picked, anything you wrote about the tree, and the page you sent it from. When you call us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us.
We don't ask for payment details on this website, and we don't buy information about you from anyone.
What we use it for
To reply to your request, set up a site walk, write your estimate and do the work. That is all. We don't sell your details, rent them, or pass them to marketers.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Form requests are stored in a hosted database used only for this website, and a copy may be sent to us by email through a mail delivery service. Requests are deleted automatically after about two years. If you become a customer, we keep the records a business has to keep, such as estimates and invoices, for as long as the law requires.
The companies that host this website and its database process that information on our behalf. Like any web server, the host keeps short-term logs that include IP addresses.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising trackers. To stop automated spam, the form keeps a scrambled, non-reversible fingerprint of the sender's IP address for a few minutes. Our fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
The contact page and the service-area pages embed maps from Google. When one of those maps loads, Google may set cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. If we add visitor statistics or anything else that changes this section, we will update this page first.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (503) 386-0199 or write to Tree Service Beaverton, 1915 NE Stucki Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006. We will act on a deletion request promptly, apart from records we are legally required to keep.
Children
This website is for property owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
